Barbara at Agio Furniture IS A LIAR--Do not believe anything she says!
My 81 year old parents purchased patio furniture from Costco in 2016--within weeks the bottom (part the chair sits on) had broken off of the chair. I emailed Barbara at Agio, who said that if I would send pictures they would honor the warranty and send me a replacement.
I sent the pictures. After months had rolled by I still had not received a replacement. I emailed her and she gave me the lengthy lie about how the part was on back order from China. So I waited.
Now 6 months later, still no replacement, so I emailed her again only for her to email me and say the exact same thing, that it is on back order from China and will take 6 weeks to arrive. After discovering all of these negative reviews, I know she is a Liar and that we will never receive a replacement.
I am going to talk to the manager of Costco with all of these negative reviews in my hand to see if they can STOP CARRYING AGIO PRODUCT'S IN THEIR STORES. I also intend to write a negative review on every website I can find...
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $300.

I dealt with the same lady named Barbara.. she was excellent to deal with.
The company refunded my parents the full amount for the patio set. I have to say they ultimately took care of the problem.
We are now pleased with the service we have received from Agio. Thank you!
